HIDDEN’s 1st Plenary Meeting & 1st General Assembly took place on 10–11 December 2025 at DENSO AUTOMOTIVE Deutschland GmbH premises in Eching, Germany.
Over the two-day meeting, the consortium reviewed the overall project status, including Work Package progress, timeline, upcoming milestones, and the planning of deliverables and activities for the next six months. Key updates were shared on WP1 (Project Management), WP5 (Integration, Testing & Validation) and WP6 (Outreach & High Impact Creation).
Dedicated sessions also focused on HIDDEN’s ethical and legal framework and its translation into technical specifications, followed by in-depth discussions on use cases, as well as the requirements and specifications of the HIDDEN system.
More specifically for WP6, SEAB INNO’s project manager & WP6 leader, Elena Krikigianni, delivered a status presentation, also covering Task 6.2 activities on liaison and standardization (led by SAE).
On Day 2, partners explored the high-level architecture and algorithmic approaches, discussed interfaces and common formats, and worked on aligning use case variations with architecture options and evaluation plans. The meeting concluded with the 1st General Assembly and a consolidated set of actions for the upcoming project period.
